Security and privacy

Trust is part of the product

Community information includes personal data, documents, decisions and financial activity. Depar2 applies security and access control by design.

Security and privacy

Controlling access matters as much as storing data

Community separation

Data is organised to prevent crossover between communities and to limit each operation to its authorised context.

Functional permissions

Visibility does not depend only on having an account. A user's role and relationship with the community determine access.

Operational traceability

Relevant changes can retain actor, date and context to support review and detect unusual behaviour.

Benefits

Protection principles applied to the platform

01

Least privilege

Each user receives only the capabilities required for their responsibility.

02

Protection in transit

Public connections use HTTPS and security headers are applied to the website and application.

03

Controlled evolution

Technical changes pass through validation, traceable deployment and backups before reaching production.

FAQ

Does Depar2 automatically satisfy every legal obligation?

The platform provides technical controls and management tools, but each organisation remains responsible for defining its processing, legal bases and applicable procedures.
